Our Hybrid Compensation Model
We offer:
• Competitive commission on services
• Hourly pay for all time worked — including consultation, preparation, and room reset
• Paid time off (start earning PTO after 90 days)
• Paid major holidays (3 per year)
• 3% employer retirement match
• No tip share
• Retail commission opportunities

Our schedule is intentionally structured to provide a guaranteed two-day weekend every Sunday and Monday. And- by working every other Saturday, we are able to accommodate our clients while also protecting balance, recovery, and time for your own self-care.
